09.17.05 - It was brought to our attention that the opening lines of the program referred to this as a "regional" competition. This term has been removed
from the program. The competition is open Nationally to all who meet the the criteria of: "Students enrolled in NAAB Accredited Schools of Architecture,
Intern Architects, and AIA Associate Members".

09.27.05 - Can international students participate in the design competition? Yes, please submit your $15 registration fee in US dollars. For judging purposes, we recommend the entries be in English.

10.10.05 - Can international design professionals participate in the design competition? Yes. For international submissions, the registration fee for a student is $15 (US dollars). The registration fee for a non-student is $35 (US dollars). For judging purposes, we recommend the entries be in English.
10.15.05 - CLARIFICATION: All submissions shall be registered in only one individual's name and if that submission is a finalist then the prize will be awarded to the sole registrant.
***This competition encourages individual entries, and prizes will be issued to a single applicant however we recognize the collaborative quality of the field of architecture.
10.21.05 - Should the design assume that the shelter will be prefabricated and place on the site? The Fabrication of the bus stop is the designer’s decision.
10.21.05 - Since the selected design solution will serve as a prototype shelter, should the design assume a fixed location for the shelter of a potential for relocation, thereby necessitating a capability of being transferred with relative ease? This Flexibility of the bus stop is the designer’s decision.
10.21.05 - Is there any requirement as to how the shelter should be connected to the sidewalk? The competition does not have a requirement regarding the connection to the sidewalk.
